Goshen Motion Studio provides professional photography, videography, live streaming, graphic design, animation, video editing, and training services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment is due as agreed upon in your service contract.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of any deposit.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Training & Internship Programs
- Applicants must provide accurate information during the application process.
- Acceptance into programs is at the sole discretion of Goshen Motion Studio.
- Training fees, if applicable, must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
- Participants must adhere to studio rules and professional conduct standards.
- Goshen Motion Studio reserves the right to terminate participation for misconduct.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including images, videos, and text, is the property of Goshen Motion Studio.
- Client work remains the property of Goshen Motion Studio until full payment is received.
- Goshen Motion Studio reserves the right to use client work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Goshen Motion Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
